In 2016, Studio Tomo led The Crossland Group through a comprehensive rebrand, including a redesign of its website. Core to the rebrand was The Crossland Group’s unique approach to strategy consulting, organizational design, and leadership coaching, which focused on helping leaders illuminate their inner truths in order to unlock their potential and the potential of their teams and organizations. This idea led to the creation of the logo mark, which communicates the inward journey that The Crossland Group guides its clients on to reveal the path forward.

Brand Refresh

In 2021, The Crossland Group called on Studio Tomo once again to rethink its messaging and to reimagine its website to better reflect the ways the consultancy had evolved since the initial rebrand in 2016. Through the process of updating their brand strategy, we landed on the core brand idea: Be Well. Do Good. Other updates included refined messaging to better reflect their commitment to social impact and equity, a new set of animated icons to symbolize their core offerings, and a more cohesive and visually compelling photography style.

“James’ ability to ask the right questions and quickly 'get' our team's DNA was stunning. His strategic advice has been instrumental in helping us align around a brand that is reshaping how we show up — and as a result we are seeing the impact with our clients. His work enabled us to choose and win new business, and helped us see where we were not a good fit. James has been a true partner.”
